Delete WisEdu Account

1. Introduction
We, WisEdu, are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This page provides detailed information on how users can request the deletion of their account, as well as the types of data that will be deleted or retained after the account is deleted.

2. Steps to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account, please follow these steps:

1. Open the WisEdu app.
2. Go to "Account Management."
3. Select "Settings" => "Login and Security" => "Delete Account."
4. Confirm your request by re-entering your password (if required) and selecting "Delete Account."
5. You will receive a confirmation notice once your account has been successfully deleted.

3. Types of Data Deleted or Retained

After your account is deleted, the following types of data will be permanently removed from our system:

• Personal profile information (name, email, photos, etc.)
• Data related to your activities on the app (purchase history, interactions, etc.)
• Any data stored within your account (documents, messages, etc.)

However, some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal or internal management requirements, including:

• Transaction and payment history (retained for 5 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes).
• Anonymized data not directly linked to your account.

4. Data Retention Period

Your data will be retained for 30 days after your account is deleted, to ensure compliance with legal regulations and to protect your rights. After this period, all related data will be permanently deleted from our system.
